Tristan has been a highly respected member of the Rhinehart Finishing team since 2008, commencing his career as a Production Worker. His keen eye for detail and exceptional work ethic led to a rapid promotion to Quality Technician, followed by a long, distinguished tenure as Production Supervisor.
Combining his extensive hands-on experience with a degree in Business Administration, Tristan brings a powerful mix of operational expertise and strategic vision to his work. In recognition of his outstanding leadership, he was appointed Plant Manager, a role he has accepted with complete dedication!
